Our Aims

We continue to work towards the same principles that have successfully guided the New Milton Resident's Association (NMRA) for the last 118 years:-

• To promote a caring community and awareness of the needs of others.

• To do our best, within existing legislation, to protect the character and quality of our town, forest and coastal environment.

• To seek to ensure, with our members' support, that any new development or plan is compatible with and sympathetic to our area.

• To encourage and promote the maintenance and enhancement of local amenities.

• To hold regular meetings, where members can get the latest news and have the opportunity to air their views and ask questions.

• To develop partnerships in the town, giving different groups space and time in FOCUS and at our meetings.
