Roads in Hampshire are routinely inspected at regular intervals. As a result of these regular inspections and, if required, action will be taken prior to these planned works.

Current Status: Enquiry Closed. After investigation the issue, all necessary action have been undertaken. This enquiry is now closed, and no further actions will be undertaken by HCC Highways.

Current status: No works required at this time. We have inspected the pothole, and it does not meet our safety criteria which are aligned with the national Code of Practice. Therefore, no further action is to be undertaken by Hampshire County Council Highways and this report has been closed. Assessment of issues on this road will be undertaken as part of routine safety inspections.

In some instances, a temporary repair may have been undertaken to make the pothole safe as quickly as possible. Whilst we understand that seeing temporary repairs can be frustrating, this enables us to address any immediate safety risks. A permanent repair can then be considered at a later date.
